Work Write, Inc. develops highly crafted online help systems,
reference books, and other forms of user assistance for the Windows
desktop, weblications, intranets, and websites. We develop technical communication that is usable, content rich, and visually appealing. Our speciality is embedded help - that is, online help and other forms of user assistance that are built into the user interface of a software application to provide assistance at the point of need.
We also provide expert training on help authoring tools and user assistance design. Our current tool courses include RoboHelp HTML, Dreamweaver, HomeSite, as well as behind-the-scenes courses on cross-browser help, Microsoft HTML Help, and Microsoft Help 2.0.

Work Write, Inc. subsidiary KeyWorks Software releases KeyHelp 1.1, a free ActiveX control for the development of embedded help systems. Among the features provided in this multifunctional control are support for fully HTML popups, topic-level information types, and programmable embedded help.
