This course is designed for the new or intermediate author who wants to learn the best way to develop a WebHelp system with RoboHelp HTML. In this course, you'll learn to create a context-sensitive WebHelp system beginning with setting up the project through deploying the help system to your users. You'll also learn about design aspects of RoboHelp development; this isn't just a "push the button" course.

This in-depth foundation course covers not just how WebHelp development works, but also:

• The processes you should follow to efficiently set up and manage your help system with RoboHelp HTML
• Workable design ideas for getting the most of HTML-based help
• Real world strategies for setting up and maintaining WebHelp systems

We'll use a realistic case study, including an application that you will use to create a working context-sensitive help system.

This is a hands-on course. In fact, over the course of two days, you'll practice using RoboHelp HTML through more than 35 in-depth, practical exercises. This class is instructed by Cheryl Lockett Zubak, one of the nation's most experienced RoboHelp Office instructors and a charter member of the Microsoft HTML Help MVP program.
